HMRC Support & Tax Resolution
Enquiries, penalties, overdue returns and disclosures — resolved by people who deal with HMRC every day.
What is being late already costing you?
HMRC penalties stack automatically — and part of them grows daily. See your number.
Includes the £100 fixed penalty, £10/day (days 91–180), 6- and 12-month surcharges, late-payment penalties and daily interest. Estimate, not a demand. We also appeal unfair penalties — it works more often than people think.
A brown envelope from HMRC ruins a week. Send it to us instead: enquiries defended, penalties appealed, overdue years filed, payment plans negotiated. The panic ends the day you call.
A brown envelope from HMRC changes the shape of your day. HMRC Support & Tax Resolution exists for exactly that moment: enquiries and compliance checks, penalty notices, overdue returns, disclosures of past mistakes — handled by people who correspond with HMRC every working day and know which arguments actually land.
We take over the correspondence, stop the situation growing while it is being resolved, file whatever is outstanding fast, and appeal every penalty that has a reasonable-excuse or proportionality argument. It works more often than people think — and the earlier we start, the more options exist.

Frequently asked questions
I received an HMRC letter — what should I do first?
Do not reply on instinct and do not ignore it: both make things worse. Note the deadline on the letter and talk to us the same day — the first response sets the tone of the whole case.
Can penalties really be cancelled?
Often, yes. Reasonable excuse, special circumstances and proportionality arguments succeed regularly when made properly and on time. The calculator above shows what is stacking up; appealing is usually worth it.
I have several years of unfiled returns. Is it too late?
No — this is routine for us. We reconstruct records, file the backlog quickly to stop daily penalties, then negotiate on what has accrued. The worst strategy is another year of silence.
Will you deal with HMRC directly on my behalf?
Yes — with a signed authority (form 64-8) we become your agent: HMRC writes to us, calls happen with us, and you get plain-language updates instead of brown envelopes.
